I'm a professional rock, blues, jazz, and country guitar player. I play for the legendary
Country artist, Ronnie McDowell. He is a Curb Records recording artist, has had two #1 singles, another 8 or so in the top
10, and over 30 songs in the top 40. He has released more than 40 albums, and has sang with Conway Twitty and many others. Working
with him has allowed me to perform with some other legendary musicians including Billy Joe Royal, T. Graham Brown, Bill Medley
(of the Righteous Brothers), Lorrie Morgan, Gene Watson, Jeff Bates, David Frizell, T.G. Sheppard, Stella Parton, Dickey Lee
(who wrote "She Thinks I Still Care" and many other hits), DJ Fontana (the original drummer for Elvis Presley),
Doug Stone, The Stamps (the backing vocal quartet for Elvis Presley), Curb recording artist Tyler Dean and Curb recording
artist Morgan Roxanne Frazier. We just finished filming the pilot for a new TV show called "Music City Late Night with
Ronnie McDowell", which will hopefully be picked up by a major network very soon. I will be performing all over the U.S.
with Ronnie McDowell, so check out the tour dates section of this website to learn where we'll be playing next!
I also play for a great Nashville singer, J.C. Andersen, who's music video "When the Tide Rolls In"
is airing nationally on the GAC network. JC was part of a new reality show called "The Next GAC Star", and he has
received a lot of national attention from it. We recently performed at the after-party of the season finale of the national
television show "Can You Duet", and we have opened for many major acts, including: Aaron Tippin, Rodney
Atkins (who has had five consecutive #1 singles), Collin Raye, Loverboy, and the legendary country band "Little
Texas". We've also performed shows with Sierra Hull and Grammy Award winner Ron Block (of Alison Krauss's band
"Union Station"), the Grammy Nominated artist David Ball, Adam Gregory, Ira Dean (from Trick Pony), the great songwriter
Jeffrey Steele, and Cowboy Troy. We are the new house band for the world-famous Wildhorse Saloon (beating over 800 other bands
that applied and auditioned for the gig) in Nashville, TN. We've also toured throughout much of the southeastern United
States. You can listen to J.C.'s music by clicking on the link to the "Music/Videos" section of this site.
I recently did a few shows with Angel Miles (led by Justin Kimball, who was mentored by Prince, and has toured with
Pat Benatar), and one of those shows included performing with Dave Thomson (who co-wrote the hit song "California"
when he played in the band "Wave").
I've also performed with a Scottish singer/fiddle player named
Laura McGhee. She has performed for the inauguration of Scotland's new Prime Minister, arranged strings for Ian McCulloch
(Echo and the Bunnymen), played for Shane McGowan (The Pogues), and performed in a broadway musical starring Pete Seeger.
In the fall of 2007 I finished a tour with country singer/Nashville recording artist Justin Cruz. We had the privilege
of performing on television and did a show with Noel Haggard (son of Merle Haggard) and Country Hall-of-Famer Billy Cates.
I've also performed with a bunch of rock/pop bands in the Southwest.
I've been recorded on nine independent
albums and EP's (not including plenty of other recording sessions) and produced a song called "The Silent" which
received airplay on 940 KGMS and was used in a promotional video for a small clothing line. I have done several television
performances and have played over 1,500 live shows.
